Thanks for visiting my blog! You’ll have to let me know what fabbo stuff you find at garage sales this weekend. I found your blog because I did a search on Google’s blog search for ‘thrifting’. If you haven’t seen this, go to Google, then up at the top you’ll see links for Images, Maps etc. Click on the one that says ‘More’ then click on Blogs. Put in your search term, and it brings up blogs posts about that.
I saved the search on my RSS reader, so whenever someone writes about thrifting, I get notified. I just think it’s fun to see what people find, and to know there’s this whole galaxy of people out there who (like me) think spending fifty cents for something that other people would spend fifty bucks on is about the most fun you can have!

Hi! ::waves:: I came across your journal by Googling “rochester thrifting,” and found the post where you listed all those thrift stores and estate sales! I hope you had good luck finding that dress for the formal!

Hey Vanessa! Actually, the red dress that I’m wearing is one that I bought from Thrifty Shopper in West Henrietta. I got it for $15 and only had to refinish the hemline!
